Apples: Are great to have, they are great source of pectin this helps reduce diarrhea. Bananas are also a great source of pectin.Tea: soothes the stomach also, teas such as peppermint and chamomile. Peppermint helps with nausea. Chamomile helps with abdominal pain. Bland Foods: Such as toast really helps me just put it in the toaster don’t put put anything on the toast. It helps very much.
Headache: Salad- lettuce and spinach are high in water and in fiber. Sometimes when you have a headache it is because you have not eaten and/or you are dehydrated.
Cayenne Pepper: It might not think that something spicy would help a headache it is a natural remedies
Put some cayenne in some water take a cotton swab and put the swab in the cayenne mixture let it soak in the water for a little take it out and put the swab under the nostrils and it will be unpleasant for a little but that means it is working.
